Staff At Bolton Whites Hotel have double reason to celebrate after scooping two awards.
Accommodation site Late Rooms has awarded the hotel its Top Rated status as part of its Simply the Guest awards, which means they earned an average of 80 per cent or higher in its reviews throughout 2016.
Fellow accommodation website Booking.com has also awarded the hotel a 2016 Guest Review Award following a huge amount of impressive reviews received online.
Hotel general manager, Suzanne Speak, said: “We’re absolutely over the moon to receive not one but two awards from Late Rooms and Booking.com both in the space of a week too.
“Customer service is our number one priority and we’re honoured that we’ve been reviewed so highly.
“We have a great team at the hotel and I think this award pays testament to the work they do day in day out in making each guest experience the best it can be.
“We’re extremely proud but we won’t stop there. We’re always looking for ways to improve and enhance the customer journey whether they are staying with us for business, pleasure or simply enjoying time in our restaurant.
The renowned Simply The Guest Awards are the UK’s only hotel awards based purely on genuine guest reviews; only taking into account the feedback and ratings of those that have actually stayed at a hotel and proceeded to leave a review on the LateRooms.com website.
